The Dodgeville School District is the perfect size for families and students: small enough for personalized learning but big enough for boundless curricular and extracurricular opportunities. We educate the whole child, catering to each student’s academic, social and emotional needs, and offer virtual learning programs as well as before and after school child care.

The Dodgeville School School District understands that selecting a school district for your child to attend is impacted by many factors. The most apparent being the location of your home in relation to school district boundary lines. However, we offer the opportunity for any family who do not reside within in the boundaries of the Dodgeville School District to apply to have their child(ren) attend our schools!

What is Open Enrollment?

Open Enrollment is the public school program that allows parents to apply for their children to attend public school in a school district other than the one in which they reside.

When can we apply?

The 2025-2026 school year open enrollment application period is February 3 - April 30, 2025 at 4:00 pm. 

How do we apply?

It is recommended that parents apply for open enrollment through the online application process.

Families may also download and print a paper copy of form PI-9410 and hand deliver it to the District Office by 4:00 pm on April 30, 2025.
