It is important for all Dodgeville Middle School students to demonstrate an excellent attendance record. Students late for school (after 7:50 am) should report directly to the office to receive a pass to admit to class. If a student is going to be late, a parent/guardian should call the school office or send a signed note. Repeated tardiness will result in truancy issues. When a student must be absent, parents are to contact the Middle School Office (608) 935-3307, ext. 3000 by 7:50 am stating the reason for the absence and when they will return. If absence is not reported on the day it occurs, parents/guardian are expected to provide a written explanation of the absence.
