Families do not need to sign up for a SchoolMessenger account, this system syncs with Infinite Campus and automatically pulls your contact information directly from the Parent Portal into SchoolMessenger. Therefore, it is essential that you have signed up for a Parent Portal account and that all the information in your account is up-to-date.
Each parent/guardian can make sure their contact information is current in their Parent Portal account by following these directions:
- Go to the Dodgeville School District’s home page and click on the Families & Community section of our website.
- Click on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal link.
- Enter your Infinite Campus username and password and login. If you are having trouble remembering your username and/or password, please click on the ‘forgot username?’ or ‘ forgot password?’ links.
- On the left-hand side of Infinite Campus, click on the ‘Family Members’ button, located under the ‘Family’ tab.
- Within that tab, you should be able to update email addresses and phone numbers.
