OUR GENERAL RE-LAUNCH RETURN TO SCHOOL PLAN:
As a district, we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and any impact it may have on school operations in the future. The district is preparing safety protocols to support in-person return to learning while also being prepared to provide required continuous learning should another disruption occur. This year, we are offering:
-
Fully in-person education
-
Fully online education
-
Hybrid education, delivered as a combination of in-person and online education for 10th-12th graders.
If you chose virtual learning through the survey, we have that information already. If you chose the in-person learning option and would like to change this, please contact your learner’s school. If you were unable to submit the survey, please contact your learner’s school to provide your learning option. (DES: 935-3307, ext 2000; DMS: ext. 3000; DHS ext. 4000)
In order to manage in-person class numbers and maintain consistent physical distancing requirements, families that choose a virtual option will be asked to maintain this option for a semester. However, if a family wishes to move from an in-person option to a virtual option, they may do this at any time in the school year.
